Hello, I'm Katie Mabe

Since 2015, Katie has enjoyed this great adventure that is working in Real Estate and learning this process from beginning to end. The role a REALTOR® plays in the lives of buyers or sellers is extraordinary. Seeing how the highest quality of services she can offer to someone can have such a positive impact in their lives is what drives her to continue her journey to help as many clients as possible.  In addition to her Real Estate license, she have a degree in Graphic Design. In her years in this industry, she has seen time and time again, the advantages of marketing and social media presence.

As a REALTOR®, she takes pride in being held to the highest of standards of representing you as a buyer or seller. Katie, a lifelong resident of Richmond County, would love to help you buy or sell a home in the community she calls home.

Katie is also proud to be the Owner and Broker-in-Charge of the Richmond County office. Training her agents and making sure the whole firm is ready to serve the community correctly, is her top priority. 

Community Service is key to Katie! She considers it an honor to serve alongside great organizations like United Way of Richmond County. She was awarded their Rookie Volunteer of the Year Award in 2024. She was also honored to be awarded the Citizenship Award in 2024 from the Mid Carolina Regional Association of REALTORS® - recognizing her commitment to community growth and outreach.
