Caring for our community is at the core of who we are at EPP - Richmond County. In previous years, we have hosted a blood drive in memory of our broker-in-charge Katie Mabe’s late father, Rick Mabe, a cause that reflected his selfless spirit. These 2 Blood Drives, had an impact on over 100 lives all over the Eastern United States. Doing good for others was something Rick believed in deeply, and a connection that is a heartfelt mission for our team at Everything Pines Partners – Richmond County. In 2025, we felt led to shake things up and expand our reach even further into the Richmond County community. That’s why we’re proud to introduce The Rick Mabe Legacy of Kindness Gift — a giving initiative designed to support local difference-makers. Whether it’s a teacher with a classroom project, a small business with a big-hearted idea, or a first responder wanting to give back, this gift helps turn those acts of kindness into action. It’s our way of loving our county well — and honoring Rick’s legacy in a lasting, meaningful way.
