2025 Days of Caring
As always, we look forward to participating in United Way of Richmond County's Days of Caring. We are a proud annual sponsor and participant. This year we participated in multiple days which allowed us to serve Our Daily Bread Food Bank and Backpack Pals! Both of these organizations provide critical needs to members of our community. We are honored to be able to assist their mission. Thank you, United Way of RCO for this great event!
Sharing the Kindness
We decided to revamp the community project we do in memory of our BIC/Owner's late Father. We created the Rick Mabe Legacy of Kindness Gift and provided $1,000 of funding directly into our community to make significant impacts! Congrats to our recipients, Richmond County Rescue Squad, Pee Dee Pregnancy Center, and Kristen Howell, Teacher at RSHS.
Serving Up Dogs, Lemonade, & Thanks
In May we hosted our 3rd Annual Law Enforcement Officer Appreciation Lunch and served up some delicious hot dogs - fresh off the grill by our agent Justin, refreshing lemonade from Puckered Up, and showed our gratitude to Richmond County Sheriff's Office, Rockingham Police Department, and Richmond County Probation Office.
NC REALTORS® Gives Back
Each year, we have such pride and excitement to join in with the NC REALTORS® Give Back Week. This year our firm decided to pack Hygiene Bags for those experiencing Homelessness. We shared these bags with the local food bank, Our Daily Bread - who frequently have the opportunity to aid displaced individuals with food.

Community Appreciation Award
Our firm was honored to receive a Community Appreciation Award at the United Way of Richmond County Awards Ceremony in May. Our Broker-in-Charge, Katie Mabe was also recognized with a Volunteer Appreciation Award for her efforts in being a Co-Chair on the Allocations Committee for 2025!
Hall the B-I-N-G-O Caller
Our agent, Justin Hall, brought fun and community spirit to the Hamlet Senior Center and Troy Senior Center by volunteering as a bingo caller in April. His outreach is part of our commitment to connect and supporting locally!
EPP Kick-Off to 2025 Party
We had the best time celebrating the start of 2025 at our EPP Kick Off Party. Our firms rented The Rec Room in Southern Pines and had a wonderful evening playing games and being together! We love our firm families!
MCRAR 4th Quarter Luncheon
Our firm had a great time attending the Mid Carolina Regional Association of REALTORS® 4th Quarter Luncheon at The Fair Barn. We were all excited to see our BIC/Owner, Katie Mabe be awarded the 2024 Citizenship Award.
We Love Our Veterans
Every year we consider it an honor to be a sponsor for the Richmond County Hospice, Inc's Salute to Veterans Event. We are thankful for all the sacrifices they have made and are glad this event is in place to honor them.
Aging Services Christmas Party
We were proud to be a sponsor for the Richmond County Aging Services 44th Annual Christmas Party. Our REALTORS® Justin Hall and Charity Lammonds had a great time meeting attendees!

Our VIP Agent
At our 2024 Firm Christmas Party, Charity Lammonds was awarded the 2024 VIP (Very Important Partner) Award. Charity is always willing to lend a helping hand at our firm.

It's spooky how much we love being a part of this great Downtown Rockingham event! This year our REALTORS® Justin Hall and Cheryl Johnson took on the event and handed out over 5,000 pieces of candy to our community kids.
Bowling for a Cure
We had a great time participating with Richmond Service League at their Bowling for Breast Cancer event! Our REALTORS® are way better at selling Real Estate than bowling - but had a great time for a wonderful cause!
2nd Annual Blood Drive
This was our 2nd Annual Rick Mabe Memorial Blood Drive hosted by our firm. Our Broker-in-Charge started this drive in memory of her father. This year we received enough donated blood to save over 100 lives with American Red Cross.
Crime Stops Here!
This year we had the opportunity to be a sponsor for Richmond County Crime Stoppers and attended their Summertime Celebrating in Downtown Hamlet! We appreciate the things they do to keep our community safe.

2024 Days of Caring
Each year look forward to participating in United Way of Richmond County's Days of Caring. We are a repeat proud sponsor and participant. This year we had a blast packing weekend food bags with Backpack Pals!
Stuff the Bus with United Way
It's Back to School Time in Richmond County, which means it's time for one of our favorite United Way of Richmond County events! We are a proud repeat sponsor of this event and collect donations at our office to deliver the day of.
Not a Party 'til the Cops Show Up
Each year we have a special event for our neighbors in blue to thank them for their service. This year, we had our friends from Puckered Up Lemonade serve Richmond County Sheriff's Department, Rockingham Police, and Richmond County Probation some delicious drinks!
Rookies of the Year
Our REALTORS® Katie Mabe and Charity Lammonds were awarded the Rookie of the Year Award from Richmond County United Way! That was such an honor for them to be recognized for their dedication to the United Way Allocation Committee and other events throughout the year.
