2025 Heartstrings Gift Recipient

We were honored to name Richmond County Rescue Squad with the Heartstrings Award. This gift will allow them to purchase a much-needed saw for the squad that will aid in life-saving measures during motor vehicle accidents and other emergencies. This will have a lasting impact on local residents and visitors to Richmond County. 

2025 Key to Community Gift Recipient 

One of our two Key to Community Gifts was awarded to Kristen Howell. Kristen is a teacher at Richmond Sr. High School. She has created a "take what you need" bin in her classroom to provide students with basic essentials they sometimes go without. We are pleased to be able to contribute to this needed classroom addition that maintains our youth's dignity and needs. 

2025 Key to Community Gift Recipient 

The other Key to Community Gift was presented to Pee Dee Pregnancy Resource Center. This is a great local resource in Richmond County for expecting parents who might need encouragement, guidance, or a helping hand. They have created an in-house boutique filled with clothes, diapers, wipes, and other items that expecting parents can purchase with "baby bucks" that are earned by attending classes and learning how to prepare for and care for their new bundle of joy. We are proud to assist in this project!
